Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but recognise that damages may occur from time to time. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging when you return it to us.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you where to send your return. We recommend using a track and traceable service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund by the time you expect to, contact your bank or credit card company to check their processing times.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged, if you wish to exchange your item, please email us at email@example.com.
